02/14/2010 - A couple of new recipies are really worth checking out. If you have never tried Panko, try the fried shrimp. You'll be amazed out good they are. The pancakes are very light and fluffy. Nothing like what you get out of a box, but almost as simple.

Our web pages have been updated just in time for the new 2010 decade. Some areas are still "under construction," but we will try to get those updated soon and do a better job of keeping everything current in the years to come. New categories have been setup to reflect our current interests.
The Pond page has details on how the pond was designed as well as pictures of the pond and fish. You can also view a live shot of the pond, which is uploaded every 2 seconds. Of course, the image will be black at night and often poor quality in cold or wet weather.
The Recipes section now contains a full copy of our cookbook. It's in searchable PDF format and can be printed on a duplexing printer. Selected recipes are also available for easy printing. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access these pages. A link to the reader is on the page.
In addition, Penny has setup a Facebook page to keep in closer contact with our friends and family. Some of the photo albums found here are duplicated on Facebook, but much of the content here is not. To reach us on Facebook, login to Facebook and search for Penny Gibson (Paul-Penny Gibson).
